Training Services
Located in San Diego. There are three main categories my personal training caters to:
Boxing
The art of the “Sweet Science,” is one of the oldest combat sports, with its origins tracing back to ancient civilizations. While training in boxing, we will learn to master a form of combat that requires just our hands. We will learn to throw powerful punches with proper technique and precision while also learning to defend against an opponent’s attack.
Muay Thai
Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” this combat sport originates from the Land of Smiles, Thailand. It is a Striking Martial Art that incorporates using fists, elbows, knees and kicks to strike your opponent. When training Muay Thai we will be working on strengthening our entire body, improving our balance and coordination, while mastering the techniques that will allow us to display this beautiful, violent, art.
Functional Fitness
This style of strength and conditioning is a way in which we can improve the body’s ability to perform everyday activities safely and efficiently. We will emphasize exercises that mimic real-life movements and encourage the connection of the whole body as one unit.
